BSG prides itself on its proven track record of attracting the best talent in the Country. The BSG Graduate Programme has been developed over the past 14 years and throughout this time we have engaged with literally thousands of the most talented young people South Africa has to offer. Many of these young people have made the decision to commence their career with BSG and the majority never leave.

At BSG, we also recognise that sometimes a colleague may make the choice to develop their experiential base by moving on and exploring other organisations and that’s why we have a mindset that is underpinned by one of our values, collaboration, where we celebrate when a colleague makes such a decision because we believe in building lifelong relationships. So, whether in the future we can partner with them in whatever corporate environment they move to, or along the way they refer people they know to come and join us, or whether as has been the case, they find their way back to us after gaining valuable experiences elsewhere, our motto is ‘you may no longer be employed by BSG, but you are still part of the BSG team.
