We follow a rigorous competency based selection process, using a variety of tools to assess both experiential base and future potential. Candidates get the opportunity to present case study work, along with undergo competency based interviews, to a panel of experienced BSG people. For many of our key roles, psychometric assessment also forms part of the process.

Business Solutions
BSG requires candidates to hold Honours or Masters in Information Systems (IS). At Graduate level, applying for a 1st employment, if a Post Graduate IS degree is not held, then the candidate should refer to our Learnership Programme.

Software Solutions
BSG requires candidates to hold Computer Science, IS or other computing related degrees or diplomas.
