Supportive team environment:
With structured support and a strong team work ethic, it is possible for new recruits starting out at BSG to get exposure and hands on training immediately and to work side by side with the more senior and experienced members of the team.

BSG’s values do not just sit in a document hidden away; they are an intrinsic part of the way we operate. 

Movement between offices:
Sometimes there is a need to move skills between the three cities in which we operate. BSG can often support staff if they need a change of scenery or lifestyle. 

The lighter side of life:

Social
Each BSG office has a social committee that range activities to suit everyone. Some of the latest include a Casino Royale Poker Evening, a scary movie on Halloween, a Get Down with the Funk roof wetting, Township Chic dinner and party, bowling, whiskey tasting, theatre, broom ball and of course, our regular Friday 4pm Drinks, often with a theme.

Action Cricket
The BSG Action Cricket team is certainly the best dressed team out there, and pretty good at cricket too. We participate in both Cape Town and Johannesburg and are slowly making our way up the ranks.

Just Breathe SCUBA Club
This is run by the office manager in Joburg, who also happens to be a dive master and is married to a diving instructor. We are always looking for opportunities to leave behind the bright lights of Joburg and plan to do at least biannual trips to the unspoilt coasts of Mozambique and other exotic destinations.

We arrange good deals for diving courses and holidays and offer a safe, relaxed environment to explore the oceans. Non-divers are welcome to join us as there are many other activities available at our destinations.

Soccer
The BSG soccer team has been participating in the Johannesburg Corporate Soccer League since January 2008. This league runs 3 seasons a year and so far BSG has participated in 5 of the 6 seasons. The BSG team, which consists of employees at various levels within the company, provides a great opportunity to build and strengthen relationships through teamwork. It is this teamwork, and drive, that is at the heart of the BSG soccer team's success and that which enables BSG to exhibit the same level of excellence in the workplace as they do on the pitch.

Other Sports
The marketing team are happy to sponsor kit for sports teams made up of BSG staff and friends. So far, we have sponsored cycling teams for the Argus, the Action Cricket team,Touch Rugby and a Golf team.
